SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return Policy: Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the items must be shipped back to me within 21 days of delivery. If the item is returned in poor condition you as the buyer are responsible for any loss in value. Please note that this return policy does not apply to all items in my shop, only those which include this information in the listing. I strongly encourage you to order tracking on your package; if you choose otherwise, there will be no way of checking it's status. I can guarantee that I will get your journal in the mail, in mint condition within 3-5 business days but from there it is out of my hands and I won't be able to answer any shipping-related questions.
